Therapy is a matter of trust. Before you make your decision, it’s only fair that you know who you’re dealing with: how I think, how I work, and why I chose this profession.
Dr. habil. Christian Kohlross
For me, therapy is not a technique that I apply to you. It is a collaborative process, and I play an active role in it. I spent many years working in academia, teaching and conducting research. This academic approach shapes my therapeutic work: looking closely, understanding connections, and never taking anything at face value. But I am not a theorist. I sit opposite you and am ready to explore things in depth with you. What I promise you is this: I will not look away when things get difficult. Together, we will face what hurts, because that is the only way to truly leave it behind.
